Maximum benefit on as many levels as possible. This is what KAROPACK has been all about since its beginnings more than 30 years ago. It likewise includes enabling people to work who have little or no chance on the primary labour market: People with disabilities. Due to this, KAROPACK has always worked together with workshops for people with disabilities.
Such workshops represent the majority of our partners, and they prove their worth every day: Everyone can contribute to sustainable benefits. And we are stating, to social added value too.
Just do it
What doesn’t work in a simple way, simply doesn’t work, said company founder Volker Kreiter in the 1990s and developed the KAROPACK idea. A simple idea that is easy to implement which is why it is so useful. If it is easy, everyone can join in and participate.
Consequently, it is possible to employ people whose skills only allow them to perform simple tasks. But “simple” does not mean “insignificant” – on the contrary: Especially these simple tasks bring about benefits for everyone. That is why we are always saying: Just do it! And then just do it!
