Shipping goods can be protected in a sustainable, resource-saving and climate-friendly manner. Ecological benefits and economic success go hand in hand. This is what we believe in. And we have done so for over 30 years. We put existing protection systems to the test and rethink them to conserve resources. The result are products, used for protection, made entirely from paper-based waste material. Easy to produce, easy to handle, economically convincing.
More than just packaging protection
KAROPACK started out with packaging cushioning: made from a robust outer layer of Kraft paper, filled with used cardboard, which can be found in almost every company. From the very beginning, however, it was about more than just a single product. We intended to develop an intelligent overall system that not only comes with benefits, but also solves existing problems.
That is why we still fill Karopacks with waste cardboard and paper from the companies we supply. In this way, we relieve companies of the costly disposal of their used cardboard and provide a new benefit. This means that our customers themselves become part of a circular economy that scores both economically and ecologically.
Decentralised production, shorter delivery routes
To be ecologically convincing, delivery routes must be as short as possible. For this reason, we deliberately have our Karopacks produced in a decentralized manner by partner companies. This means that the collection of used material and the delivery of new Karopacks take the shortest possible routes.
Everything is rounded off by the Karocycler: It enables companies to produce their own Karopacks. This will not only eliminate all delivery routes, but also all delivery times, making you completely independent.

Packaging protection taken a step further
The requirements for effective packaging protection are constantly increasing and expanding. That is why we are always on the lookout for new paper-based protection concepts that are both ecologically and economically sound.
We have expanded our range with Karotherm and Karoair through targeted co-operations. Karoair from our co-operation partner Papair for simple, fast packaging, especially of smaller items. Karotherm from our co-operation partner Supaso as a packaging that maintains the temperature over a long period of time and does not require any chemical coolants.
