We deliver package cushioning in the sturdy KAROPACK reusable box on a Euro pallet (total height 1.15 m) directly to your company.
Collecting waste
Once your box with package cushioning has been used up, it is available as a practical reusable box. Here you can collect your paper-based waste in a convenient and space-saving manner: Catalogues, brochures, edge protectors and sleeves made of solid cardboard and much more.
Delivery and collection
We will pick up this paper waste, and in return you will receive reusable boxes filled with environment- friendly package cushioning.
Recycling in the Karocycler
We recycle your used cardboard to produce new filling material for Karopacks. In this way, KAROPACK enables intelligent upcycling for your used cardboard packaging: the KAROPACK cycle.

This is how you can become part of the cycle:
Concept 1
Have used cardboard upcycled
Benefit from the KAROPACK cycle by bringing your used cardboard into the cycle.
We will pick up your used cardboard boxes free of charge, process them into filling material for new Karopacks and deliver them to you.
We will provide you with the necessary reusable boxes free of charge.
This reduces your disposal costs, offers more favourable conditions when purchasing, and directly protects the environment.
Concept 2
Benefit through production
The KAROPACK cycle is maximally environment-friendly and profitable for you if you produce your Karopacks yourself. Our Karocycler makes great achievements in a small space: You save on transport routes and disposal costs, are independent of delivery times and can flexibly adapt production to your needs.
You can, of course, have your logo printed on your Karopacks as you wish.
