Companies save on compensation payments for the severely disabled
Numerous companies pay a compensatory levy for severely disabled employees. Because we have Karopacks produced in many workshops for people with disabilities, companies can offset this payment on a pro rata basis. The regulations on the equalization levy are intended to give people with disabilities fair access to the labour market. At the same time, they are intended to sensitize companies to create inclusive workplaces.
